Jerri Barrera writes: Hello, I was just looking online to find out where the complaint department might be.This looks like a good place to start!I'm about to go to an Arvest Bank in Pryor,OK.and give them a piece of my mind.I have automatic withdrawal for a loan on my truck.I wewnt to make a deposit Monday to cover this and of corse it was closed due to Martin Luther King day.I called yesterday morning to inform them I would be tnere to make a deposit and I'm told that I'm in the red-70 sum dollars.So I go there to find out why and to make my deposit and I'm told that they have charged me 17..43 because I was insufficient on the 16th which was a Sunday.Never was I told by this bank employee that this was'nt right or a mistake.I looked at my paper work last night.It clearly states that this bank is not to withdraw from my account until thie next working day when it is open for bussiness.Another complaint I have about this bank is that I had my purse stolden this last fall.A police report was made.My debit card was used and I have never been reinbursed for that money.I keep going and talking to the lady at the bank and she keeps giving me the same answer"I forgot I'll check into it".This was months ago.I am very dissappionted in Arvest Bank.Maybe its just the one in Pryor thats crooked.This world has become a crooked place and alot of good people lose faith in mankind in general because of the fact you cant even trust your banker any more.I dont expect to get a response from this.Sure would like one.I'm just being honest.Sure would like to see alot more of that too.I got to go now.Got to get ready to go see my friendly crooked banker in Pryor Okla.
