Credit card scam: Plot thickens- The Times of India PATNA: City police on Thursday arrested an agent of district transport office, Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, in connection with the credit card scam case. Police seized a number of documents, including several driving licenses and seals in the name of various government organisations and officers. "It was Dilip who provided fake driving licenses and other documents to Mumbai-based Nihal Akhtar Sayed, prime accused in the credit card scam case. "These certificates were used by Nihal to prove his identity at the time of receiving the credit cards," Town DSP R K Dubey told mediapersons here on Thursday evening.
